Privacy Policy
1 General
1.1 The "FID" application is an application that allows users to search for the benefits provided to credit card holders and companies in consumer clubs of various types (hereinafter: "the application").
1.2 We respect the users of the application and respect their privacy (hereinafter: "the users"). The terms and conditions set forth in the Privacy Policy describe how we use the information provided to us by users and the information we collect about users, how we use it, how we share it with third parties, what are the rights of a user regarding the private information collected about him, and how you can control the private information and what safety measures we are taking to protect your information.
1.3 In order to provide you with the services, we must collect and process information about you as described below. The collection and processing of private information is subject to Israeli law. Whenever you provide us with information, we will use the information only in accordance with the provisions of the law. It is important for us to update you that at any given moment - you can withdraw your consent to use the information about you.
1.4 This privacy policy is an integral part of the terms of use of the application and should be read together.
1.5 For convenience, this privacy policy is worded in masculine language but is gender neutral.
2 Information Collection - What information do we collect about you?
We may collect, upload and store information about you to our server in two ways:
2.1 Information provided by you to us personally - such as your name and last name, the email address with which you used to register for the app, your phone number, credit card types, type of membership in the the consumer club, which you want the app to show you benefits for. The submission of some of the details mentioned above is mandatory in order to allow you to register for the application and activate it. Some of this information you do not have to provide for the registration, but without providing it - your use and activity in the application, for all its components - may be limited and some of the functions in the application may not be available to you, without providing this information. We will mark for you which of the details are required and are mandatory for the purpose of your registration, and which of the details are optional and can be provided at your discretion.
2.2 Information based on your usage of the application - such as: information you read, content you were exposed to, the pages you viewed, the location of the computer and IP address, the type of operating system and type of mobile device, clicks on links in the application, your location and more. We may also use tools from external companies, such as Google Analytics, to make statistical analysis and process information for statistics. This statistical information will not identify you personally and will be anonymous.
3 How do we use the information?
3.1 Subject to your consent, we will use the private information about you for the following purposes:
● We use your full name, telephone number and email address so that you can register for the application. We will also use this information to contact you, to update you from time to time regarding new content, changes, announcements and updates and it is possible that from time to time we will send you a newsletter, advertising messages, etc. via the email through which you subscribed to the application or by using push notifications. By approving this Privacy Policy you allow us to send you advertising messages. You can always remove the authorization which allows us to send you messages. You can cancel the push notifications by changing it in the settings on your mobile device.
● The information about the characteristics of your usage of the app is intended to adjust or change our services and the content offered to you in order to adapt them to your preferences and improve the quality of the services we provide you.
● Statistical analysis - in order to learn about the usage that users make by using the app and its contents, we use statistical analysis and examone the data about the views in your application, clicks, time spent in the application, number of entries, browsing preferences. The statistical information is anonymous and will not identify you personally.
● It will be used for technical support.
● To enforce the terms of use and privacy policy.
● Any other purpose specified in this privacy policy and terms of use.
4 Cookies
4.1 We may use a number of technologies to collect information on your device about your actions in the application, including the use of cookies. Cookies collect information about your usage habits in the app, pages you have visited, duration of stay and more. The goal is to improve and make our services dedicated and personal to you, i.e tailored to your needs and for the purpose of collecting statistical information. Please note that there are cookies that are necessary for your use of the app and some of the cookies are intended to provide you with functions by a third party.
4.2 We may also use cookies which are in fact third party services, such as Google Analytics, advertising services of Google and Facebook. These cookies are designed to show you advertisements on the various websites you visit.
4.3 Please note that it is possible to refrain from accepting cookies by changing the settings in your search engine. Please be aware that if you choose not to use cookie files, we can not guarantee that some of the functions and application services will continue to function properly.
4.4 When you use the app, you may be exposed to links to third party websites that may store cookies on your device. Please note that we have no control over third party cookies and you should check their cookies policy.

5 What are your rights regarding personal information?
5.1 In accordance with the Privacy Policy you have the following rights in relation to your personal information:
- Access and examine your personal information, as well as receive a copy of the personal information collected about you, at your request.
- Request to correct your personal information and to update the personal information, whenever you find that the personal information of yours is incorrect, inaccurate, or out of date or missing.
- Request to delete your account. In this case, any information about you that does not personally identify you will continue to be stored on our servers.
- Request to delete your personal information. In that case, we will delete all the personal information about you that only identifies you personally.

5.2 It should be clarified that the aforementioned does not detract from our right to retain the personal information you have requested to be deleted, insofar as we are entitled to do so under the law.
6 Third parties
6.1 Transferring personal information about you to third parties
6.1.1 Service providers - We may work with service providers who help us to provide you with the services and content in the application. Therefore, the personal information about you may be managed by third parties, who will use it to help us provide you with the services. We will pass on your personal information for the mentioned purpose only to third parties we trust: service providers, partners, contractors sub-analysts and vendors who can help us to pinpoint the performance of our services.
We will transfer to each service provider only your personal information that he needs to fulfill his role for us and we will always make sure that your personal information - in the process of transferring information is protected and fully secured. We will never sell the personal information about you to a third party - without your consent.
6.1.2 Statistical information analysis- We may transfer the information about users to third parties provided that the information does not personally identify any of the users. We will not transfer any information to third parties which personally identify you without your consent in advance.
Therefore, we may pass statistical analysis about our users to better study and understand the characteristics of the user base and measure the consumption of their services.
6.1.3 We may also transfer personal information about you based on the need of the Third party in the circumstances set out below and after giving prior notice:
● If we merge with another legal entity or in the event that we transfer our activities to another body, and provided that that body accepts the privacy policy.
● When you violate the terms of use of the application.
● In order to enforce the provisions set forth in the Privacy Policy.
● In response to a summons to court or another judicial entity or governmental body or to the extent required by us in accordance with the provisions of any law to do so.
● In order to legally enforce our rights.
● In order to protect the rights, property and safety of the users of the app, its employees or anyone else.
● For commercial transactions such as the sale of the activity, merger, consolidation, sale of assets, liquidation, etc.
6.2 Third Party Links
During your use of the App, you may be exposed to links that lead you to third party websites that are not affiliated with us and are not conducted in accordance with our privacy policies, including but not limited to, links to credit card companies websites. These companies may collect information about you, including personal information, independently and in some cases provide us with information about your use of these links. Each of these third parties may have different privacy policies that describe how they use personal information about you. We encourage you to visit the websites of these third parties and carefully review their private shares. It should be clarified that these third parties are not controlled or belong to us, unless otherwise stated.
7 Information Security
7.1 We use appropriate means of information security to prevent unauthorized persons from accessing your personal information. However, no system can guarantee complete security against such intrusions. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that our services will be completely protected at all times from breaches of information security. In any case of such violation, we will contact you immediately subject to the provisions of the law.
7.2 We perform routine inspections of the application from time to time and regularly take care to upgrade its information security in order to reduce the chances of hacking. However, we will not be liable for any direct or indirect damage to the disclosure of your personal information to unauthorized persons who have committed illegal intrusions into our systems or as a result of negligence beyond our control.
8 Privacy Policy Changes
From time to time we may update the Privacy Policy. We will notify you of the changes to the Privacy Policy via a push notice in the app.
